How long will it take for me to get my wig?
WIG TURNAROUND TIME: 7-14 business days, NOT including weekends or holidays. Please plan accordingly. The construction process begins once payment, hair, AND measurements are all received. Once a date and time is set for you to pickup your wig please make it to your scheduled time. For every day after your scheduled time a $5 holding will be applied in addition to your remaining balance.
How will I get the hair to you?
You can drop the hair off or ship it. If dropping off, directions will be sent after deposit is received. If shipping, address will be sent after deposit is received. Please note that you will be responsible for all shipping charges.
What are my payment options?
We accept Cash App and PayPal. If paying via Paypal there is a service fee that does not go towards the total of your service. You can also submit payment via CASHAPP to $Dannyy. No services will begin until payment is received. If wig is being shipped, payment must be made through PayPal. Again, you are responsible for shipping fees.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the nature of the service there are absolutely NO refunds. In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with your custom unit, we will try our best to accommodate you. You have 3 days from the date you receive your unit to contact us with any issues. After this time frame, we can no longer assist. If your unit does not fit correctly due to incorrect measurements, we are not liable and will charge a reconstruction fee. Once the wig is in your possession, we are no longer responsible for the wig or your choices in maintaining it.
Note: Lace must still be on unit for us to assist. No lace indicates the unit has been worn/ tampered with.
Do you provide installations?
We do not provide installs as a service yet, but we can give tips and recommendations. Please note that your unit will be given to you with the lace still on. This will enable you to cut to the lace to your specific hairline.
Can you make a unit using old bundles?
Yes, recycled bundles can be used but are all subject to approval. Bundles must be separated by length, clean, and free of thread and/or glue. If you bring hair that is unorganized, unclean, and full of thread, you WILL be charged a fee. Serene Luxe Co. DOES NOT work with reused closures or frontals.
How many bundles do I need?
Bob: 2 bundles and a frontal/closure All other styles: 3 bundles minimum and a frontal/closure minimum. Anything over 20" will need more than 3 bundles. Please contact us if you are unsure. Please make sure you are using high quality hair. Low quality lace will not react well to customization and is harder to have a natural look. We are not responsible for any issues that may occur as a result of providing low quality hair.
